Position: Deputy Branch Director

Work location: C4-C8 Buu Long, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate with the Branch Director to manage the activities of assigned departments and be responsible to the Board of Directors and Branch Director, including the following tasks:

Develop a work plan:

– Develop work plans and organize the implementation of plans, advise the Board of Directors on measures to complete assigned business targets.
– Establish business network, collect market information and develop business.
– Manage and assign tasks and management areas to sales staff in the branch
– Disseminate strategies, goals, and sales plans to all branch businesses

Manage and build a team of assigned personnel

– Determine necessary resources to ensure branch operations (Recruitment, training)
– Evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations for effective team business operations

Other jobs

– Establish and maintain customer relationships.
– Collect and synthesize information about competitors and competitive products.
– Develop and maintain a system of hospital customer groups, commercial companies, and partner firms.
– Report business activities to the Board of Directors

REQUEST:

• Male/Female, over 30 years old
• At least 03 years of experience in direct medical or pharmaceutical business at hospitals in HCM: specifically Cho Ray, Ho Chi Minh TMHH, HCM Medicine and Pharmacy
• Graduated from University or College majoring in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electricity, Biomedical Electronics, Information Technology.
• Foreign language proficiency: Fluent in 4 English skills.
• Ability to negotiate and work independently with foreign partners
