From April 15-16, 2026, at The InterContinental Hanoi Hotel, the 3rd National Blood Transfusion Conference, chaired by the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, successfully gathered nearly 500 delegates and medical experts nationwide.
Within the framework of the program, the Conference summarized the achievements of 2025 with nearly 1.8 million blood units received. Notably, the specialized workshop sessions opened up many key strategic directions: optimizing local blood resource management, standardizing blood organization and reception processes according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, along with a roadmap for digital transformation, applying AI and Big Data into the blood donor data management ecosystem.
