On the morning of October 12, 2021, at the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center – Cho Ray Hospital. The Representative Office of Medcomtech Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City, together with the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center, responded to the campaign "SAFE BLOOD DONATION – NOT AFRAID OF COVID-19" to honor platelet donors.
The ceremony was attended by:
– Dr. Le Hoang Oanh – Deputy Director of Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center – Cho Ray Hospital
– Pharmacist Doan Van Tien – Head of the Representative Office of Medcomtech Joint Stock Company – HCM
And a large number of doctors, technicians, nurses in the Center, the Company, and people participating in blood and platelet donation.
The demand for blood and blood products during the 4th wave of the Covid-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the demand for blood products nationwide in general has been very challenging. Therefore, the contributions and dedication of volunteers over the years at the Center are extremely valuable. Especially during this period, the blood and platelet cells of donors are invaluable contributions in surgeries, trauma emergencies, or bleeding due to thrombocytopenia.
To express gratitude and appreciation for these contributions, the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center held a gratitude ceremony to thank the noble actions and gestures of the volunteers. Medcomtech Joint Stock Company is honored to accompany the Center in sponsoring gifts to donors at the Hospital.
