From July 15 to 18, 2019, the office of Medcomtech Joint Stock Company – HCM, in collaboration with the manufacturer Macopharma, conducted a study on the benefits of leukocyte filtration in the preparation of red blood cell concentrates from Macopharma's 350 ml triple blood bag systems at the HCM Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital.
After completing the study, a summary report session was held on July 18, 2019, with the participation of Dr. Nguyễn Phương Liên – Deputy Director of the HCM Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital, Mr. Xavier Farenc – Sales Director of Macopharma in Asia-Pacific, Mr. Maxime Dely – Process Management Director of the EEMEAA region, along with Medcomtech JSC.
Mr. Maxime Dely – Process Management Director of the EEMEAA region, presented the contents carried out and the results achieved during the study on the benefits of leukocyte filtration in the preparation of red blood cell concentrates from Macopharma's 350 ml triple blood bag systems at the HCM Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital.
The report session received attention from the hospital regarding the use of high-quality red blood cell concentrates (leukocyte-reduced) and pooled platelet concentrates prepared from the 350 ml Top-Bottom blood bag system. Questions were answered by experts and company representatives during the session.
